City Parking is currently training its Marshals and Enforcers on how to better serve customers. The goal is to empower these employees to resolve customer issues quickly and easily. This will reduce the burden on the Public Relations department and improve the overall customer experience.

The training includes how to de-escalate conflict, how to build rapport with customers, and how to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively. The company believes that by providing this training, Marshals and Enforcers will be better equipped to handle customer interactions and build positive relationships with customers.


City Parking offers a variety of parking options, each with its own price point. This allows customers to choose the option that best meets their needs. For example, on-street parking is slightly expensive compared to parking in a parkade, this is due to the need to maintain a trafficable city.

Social Responsibility

City Parking is committed to giving back to the community. We recently donated food and sanitary to Chambuta Children’s Home in Chiredzi. Our employees visit various children’s homes and play soccer and netball with the mature groups of children in the homes. The organisation is nurturing a culture of caring about the people we serve.

To date City Parking’s social responsibility initiatives have not just ended with giving back to the community. They have also assisted in building relationships with key stakeholders and promoting the company’s brand.
